Sunday night... Alone as always


OK, here it is, another Sunday night. I wasn't expecting to be with anyone, so, nothing unexpected. I did have a fairly good weekend. Friday night was OK. Nothing special. Saturday I did some furniture shopping during the day. I bought myself a bedroom suite. King-size bed, chest, nightstand & armoire. Very nice looking. So, the furniture situation for my condo is shaping up nicely. Saturday night... I had a good time. My comedian buddy performed for the radio competition (the Gong show). He had the highest score until the last person performed. It was a comedian that he knows. She beat his score. After the competition, they had karaoke. I was able to get in 2 songs. I did "You and Me" by Alice Cooper and "Big Balls" by AC/DC. It was my first time for that AC/DC song. Big crowd pleaser. And I had 6 Rum & Cokes, so, I was doing pretty good. I wasn't drunk, but, I was loosened up. Of course, I didn't meet anybody either night. Story of my life. O-well, at least it wasn't a surprise.
