Found me a condo





Yippee!!! I finally did it. Closing is tomorrow. I'll still have to wait a month before I can move in, but, after tomorrow, I'll have me a condo. I'm pretty excited. I get to start shopping for stuff now. And yes, this is the reason I have neglected to post anything new in awhile. I've been condo hunting. And signing contracts & getting insurance & getting inspections & getting money orders & getting certified checks & getting my mortgage & etc, etc, etc.
